Curaçao weather in November is a bit unusual in that it is worse than October or September.
It’s unusual because the Caribbean hurricane season usually hits a high point with the number of storms and hurricanes in September for most Caribbean destinations. It backs off slightly in October and declines much more in November, the final month of the hurricane season.
Not Curaçao. November’s average rainfall is higher than October and September for this tropical island. It’s even higher in December, which is the highest of the year.

At least it stays warm. Because Curaçao is farther south than most Caribbean islands, it is closer to the equator and stays warmer than most destinationds as well.
As a result, water temperatures feel comfortable for most of the month.
November Rainfall
Curaçao is one of the ABC islands of Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao that lie off the coast of Venezuela in the southern part of the Caribbean.
They are popular places to visit, especially Aruba, in part because they have the lowest average rainfall in the Caribbean.
Despite the fact that Curaçao’s average rainfall in November is the second highest in the year, that average is still somewhat low by Caribbean standards.
Over a 30-year period, the average rainfall in November was about four inches, according to the Meteorological Department of Curaçao.
The number of days that it rains on average in November is 10, again the second highest of the year but also below the norm throughout the Caribbean.

Should You Go in November?
Curaçao is a warm and inviting island most of the year, but anyone who simply wants to visit the island and has the freedom to choose other times may want to avoid November.
Historical averages are helpful in predicting possible weather conditions, but they are not perfect guides. Rainfall and temperatures may vary somewhat in a particular year from the historical averages.
With only 10 rain days a month, the odds of days without rain are at least two out of three. So if Curacao is the choice and November is the only time to go, the chances of getting warm weather are high and the chances of rainfall are moderate.
