Panama’s monthly weather has average daytime temperatures in the low 80s Fahrenheit. Rainfall ranges from one inch during the dry season to more than 13 inches during the rainy season.
Panama climate is warm and wet. In fact, it is one of the warmest and wettest countries in Central America with access to the Caribbean.
It is especially true for Boca del Toro, which is one of the most popular destinations on the Caribbean side of the country.
It is located on Isla Colon, the fourth largest island in the country and the location of some of the best beaches.
Panama City is a major destination on the Pacific side. The actual cruise ports located near Panama City are Fuerte Amador and Balboa.

Rainfall is heavy in Boca del Toro every month except for January and March.
Rainfall is moderate in Panama City from January through March, which makes it an excellent time to cruise or vacation there.
Panama has its share of mountains, which tend to receive higher rainfall than the coasts.
