Raclette may not be as well known as fondue, but it is every bit as much fun and just as tasty. A special cheese (raclette) is heated until it is bubbling. The melted cheese is scraped onto boiled potatoes and accompanied by various tasty bits of meat. Another alternative is Pierrade. Pierre means rock in French (and in the Swiss version of French). In this process you cook your own meat tableside on a hot rock. We offer combinations of beef, chicken, and duck.
