Claudette Davis invites you to stop by Paradise View, the only restaurant in St Martin with a panoramic view overlooking Orient Bay, Pinel Island, and St Barts. Paradise View offers the best in local cuisine and old favorites. For a light lunch we have four burgers, ten sandwiches, and eight salads. For a bit more, choose Chicken, Ribs, Fish, or Sirloin Steak from the grill. Conch and dumplings, mahi-mahi, shrimp Cr?ole, or many other tasty local dishes are also available. We are open from 11AM until 4 PM every day except Monday.

On the right is the view toward Molly Smith Point on our west. At sunset this provides a wonderful backdrop for a drink in the dining room before dinner.
