Mazatlán on the northern Pacific coast of Mexico is a popular cruise and resort destination because of its warm and dry weather for most of the year.

The temperature doesn’t get drastically hot or cold, allowing visitors to enjoy the outdoors any time of year. Mazatlán has a tropical climate with warm/dry winters and hot/wet summers.

Mazatlán is often humid with an average of about 75 percent. In the summer months it is much more humid, so be prepared to sweat. Winds remain calm, with average speeds reaching 10mph.

Average Temperatures

The hottest months of the year for Mazatlán are June through October. Historically, the average daytime temperatures reach 88 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer, according to Mexico’s national meteorology service.
