Back in the 1980s, Chesterfields was the gathering place in Great Bay for cruisers, racers, captains and crew. Hurricanes Louis and Lennie gave us an opportunity to rebuild our deck overlooking the bay, as well as making a few other changes to the restaurant, but over the years, Chesterfields' friendly staff and great food have made Chesterfields a tradition here in St. Maarten.
