The name Tinajas comes from the word "tinaja", a clay piece of pottery, that was used in the old days to keep the drinking water fresh. That is exactly the "fresh flavor" that we offer our customers at Tinajas Restaurant.
Our authentic cuisine is based on a collection of the best traditional Panamanian recipes from around the country, carefully prepared by our chefs with the most fresh native ingredients.
We are located in an old charming colonial house with private rooms such as the Bar Los Diablicos, that make the Restaurant a great place for birthdays, weddings, cocktail parties, conventions, etc.
