Restaurant du Soleil has a bright new dining room on the waterfront and great prices, especially if you take advantage of the 1.35 dollars equals one euro rate for cash. Chef Marc Daniel spent 10 years as executive chef at Lasserre in Paris (awarded two stars from Michelin). He has arrived here to provide typical French bistrot cuisine in a casual atmoshere in our intimate dining room overlooking Grand Case Bay. On the right is the view toward Molly Smith Point on our west. At sunset this provides a wonderful backdrop for a drink in the dining room before dinner.
