Located on the main street in the center of Grand Case, Bistrot Cara?bes is a cozy and charming restaurant. The restaurant has recently been redecorated in ocher and yellow. This website's background comes from the walls and the font color comes from the trim. The soft glow from the candle-lit tables, the art-covered walls, and the warm welcome from Thibault and Amaury Meziere remain the same. The brothers and their team will prepare an evening of superb French cuisine with a Caribbean twist.

They have refurbished the old Cha Cha Cha building and tropical garden in the center of Grand Case and opened it as The Blue Martini Restaurant, Bar, and Tropical Garden.This was a labor of love, but the results are stunning. The dining room is striking in bold red accents against the somber beige walls (somewhat like this website). The restaurant menu is is a bit of French with a bit of Asian fusion featuring a lot of steaks, seafood, and salads.
