Chef Joshua Campbell creates seasonal menus which feature the best local ingredients that can be sourced. With the exception of the cheese board, every item on the menu is made from scratch here in our kitchen, including our pastas, assorted charcuterie, ice cream and all condiments.
The Dove also has the largest wine list in the BVI, all stored in a special temperature controlled room. We are honored to be a recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Our cocktail menu changes seasonally as well and features the freshest ingredients and newest concepts (such as our barrel aged Manhattan). Dine with us in our intimate air-conditioned dining room or join us for a cocktail and bar snacks on our open air patio. We also have a smaller private air conditioned dining area upstairs, which has a private patio and ocean view.
We serve lunch Tuesday thru Friday (starting Tuesday, October 28) from 12pm to 3pm and dinner Tuesday thru Saturday from 6pm to 10pm. Reservations highly suggested.
