Description: Razmataz is a real East Indian restaurant serving traditional tandoori cuisine. Set in a patio garden with tables set along a covered veranda. East Indian furnishings and decor give it an authentic atmosphere.Most East Indian fruits and vegetables were introduced to the Caribbean long ago so fresh ingredients are not a problem. With these, chefs Dipendra and Bipendra Bahadur from Nepal prepare real? massalas, kormas and naan breads. Spices and herbs are imported from India. All dishes are individually prepared in the genuine tandoori charcoal oven that is kept going 24 hours a day.
