St. Thomas Weather in July

St. Thomas weather in July has the potential to become unpleasant.

St. Thomas, located in the U.S. Virgin Islands, follows a weather pattern typical of the Eastern Caribbean. The island’s climate year is divided into two distinct seasons: the wet season and the dry season.

The dry season, also called winter, runs from December to May. St. Thomas receives very little rain during these months, and the island has a lower level of humidity.

The wet season, or summer, runs from June to November. The wet season is also called hurricane season, and for good reason.

Hurricanes are most likely to hit St. Thomas between the months of June and November. When traveling to St. Thomas during these months, it is advised to check the weather often and be aware of any changes.
